This equipment ismainly used for concentration and distillation of industrial liquid materialssuch as pharmaceutical, food, health care products, oral liquid, juicechemical, light industry, etc., and can be used for recovery and simple refluxextraction of alcohol and other solvents.
System structure:
The vacuum decompressionconcentrator is mainly composed of concentration tank, condenser, vapor-liquidseparator and collector.
Features:
The material ispumped into the concentrating tank, and the steam goes through the jacket toheat the material. The feeding height is suitable to reach the center of thetank sight glass. The return flow rate of rising steam is controlled by thefirst condenser. The temperature inside the tank is controlled according todifferent materials, and the entrained foam and part of the high-boiling liquidare separated from the gas-liquid separator and returned to the concentrationtank. The industrial solvent (alcohol) is finally obtained in the liquidreceiving tank through the second condenser and the cooler. The equipment can workunder normal pressure and reduced pressure, and can produce intermittently orcontinuously. When continuously feeding the material, the feed pipe should be equippedwith a flow meter. In the continuous decompression production process, theconcentrated tank should be discharged first to restore the normal pressureinside the tank. It meets the requirements of (GMP) standards.
