Structure:
The extractiontank is composed of an extractor, defoaming device, condenser, cooler,oil-water separator, material pump, filter, valve and pipeline.
The main body ofthe extracting tank comprises of an inner cylinder, a jacket layer, a heatinsulating layer, a branch ear, a pneumatic slag discharging gate, and a heatinsulating layer of the extracting tank, and the aluminum silicate rock wool isused as the heat insulating material, the inner cylinder body is SUS304/316L.The tank is equipped with CIP cleaning ball, thermometer, explosion-proof sightlamp, quick opening feed gate, etc.
Features:
1.The slag doorstructure adopts closed cylinder slag door, there are two cylinder pushing turnsolid rotation aside, thread structure which make its multi wedge block drivethe door lock up slag, slag door and tank flange platen close and seal well,with high safety factor.
2.Materialdischarging pipe adopts stainless steel pipe, liquid outlet joint is sealedreliably, avoiding the fatigue stress of the metal hose and affecting thefrequent breakage and leakage.
