Features:
1.The feed liquid is heated at a low temperature in the evaporator, and most of the liquid is heated and evaporated under vacuum. It is low temperature evaporation. The liquid is continuously fed, continuously discharged, and the liquid is liquid film type flow evaporation, which has high heat transfer efficiency and fast evaporation rate. If the thermal compression technology is adopted, the secondary steam can be fully utilized as the heating source. The energy saving effect is remarkable, and good economic benefits are obtained in the production practice.
2.The equipment is suitable for evaporation and concentration of foaming materials. Because the liquid is evaporated in thin film type in the heating tube. It forms vapor-liquid separation. At the bottom of the heating body, most of the liquid is pumped away, and only a small part of the liquid enters the separation chamber and separation.
