System structure:
It consists of rotating shaft, liquid distributionplate, scraper, bearing, shaft seal, evaporation chamber and jacket heatingchamber.
Features:
1. The heat transfer coefficient is high. Theevaporation capacity is large. The evaporation strength can reach 200kg/m2·hr,and the thermal efficiency is high.
2. The material heating time is short, about 5seconds to 10 seconds, and working under vacuum condition. It is more favorablefor heat sensitive materials, keeping the various components without anydecomposition and ensuring product quality.
3. Adapt to a wide range of viscosity changes, highand low viscosity materials can be processed. The material viscosity can be ashigh as 100,000 centipoise (CP).
4. Change the direction of rotation of the scrapergroove to adjust the time of the material in the evaporator.
5. The inner wall of the evaporation sectioncylinder is precision boring and polished, and the surface is not easy to generatecoking and fouling.
