Application:
Mechanical vapor recompression evaporator (MVR) isapplicable to milk, glucose, xylose, lithium hydroxide, VC, pharmaceutical,chemical, biological engineering, environmental engineering, waste waterrecycling, paper making, salt making industry low temperature concentration.
Main principle:
Making full use of the secondary steam energy through thecompressor’s adiabatic compression to increase its pressure and temperature,then the compressed steam enters heating chamber for heating energy to keep thematerial in a boiling state. Therefore, the potential heat of steam is fullyutilized. And heating steam is condensed into condensate water finally. Thecold material takes in heating energy of condensate water before enteringevaporator through heat exchanger to increase its temperature. The condensatewater gets cooled in the meantime to reach the further utilization rate of theheat energy.
System structure:
Heat exchanger, separator, steam compressor, vacuum pump,circulation pump, operation platform, electric cabinet, auto-control system,valves and pipelines, and so on.
